Wesley!!!!

born 06-20-09
7lbs 4 oz
20 inches long
1:09pm
via c-section
Shawna’s placenta separated during delivery. Wesley inhaled a lot of blood, he has a lesion on the left side of his brain, it is causing seizures, he also has a infection, everything is still unknown, all of this might have been caused from trauma at birth or might have developed during pregnancy.
We are awaiting results, he will be one week old tomorrow. It is just a waiting game now.
Shawna & Chris had to go home with out him on Wednesday.
He is doing well, the doctors need to find out exactly what is wrong and then we can come up with a treatment plan.
We are just going day by day... please pray for him and put him on your prayer list at church if you can.
I will try and post updates and photos often.
Please come back often for new news and photos of Wesley!

Dyllan turns 3!!!

Here are a few photos from Dyllan's 3rd birthday. He was so excited to see his friends and cousins. We went to the pool and then back to our house for pizza, cake and presents. It was really rainy on his birthday, and now Dyllan and Bridger both have colds from swimming in the rain... lame!!! I can't believe Dyllan is 3!!! Happy Birthday to my oldest!

Air Show

here are a few clips from the air show.

Air Show

We went to the Air Show on Sunday. It was pouring down rain as you can see in the photos. We waited for about 3 hours for the rain to clear for the show to start, by then Bridger could not make it anymore and fell asleep. He slept through almost all the shows, and then finally woke up to a jet from the 1950s. It was so loud. After a few more shows more rain fell this time hail. At this point Dyllan was done and he fell asleep and slept until we left. He slept right through the Thunderbirds. It always amazes me what kids can sleep through. They were so loud, we covered Bridgers ears each time they passes over. Between all the rain and delays, we had a great time. Here are some photos and a few video clips. I must let you all know that we never bring our professional gear with us on outings so our personal photos and footage are never quite up to bar.

Last few weeks of Little Gym

Dyllan has been in Little Gym for a year now.
This is is last few weeks. We are starting swimming this summer again and then off to pre-school this fall. He will then be old enough for T-Ball in the spring and many other activities too. We are so proud of everything he learned in gym. His solicalizing, balance, strangth, sharing, taking turns, and listening to his teach. He has really grown a lot in his class.
The photo of Bridger crying is a shot of him watching Dyllan during class. He wants so bad to go in and be apart of it. Thus, he will be starting Little Gym in the fall when Dyllan is in school.

A day with THOMAS

We had a great time. It was a secret of where we were going until we got there and Dyllan saw Thomas on the track.
He was so excited! There was all kinds of things to do, trains to play with, petting zoo, story time, bubbles, balloon animals, face painting, and of course the main attraction THOMAS!
The train ride was a lot of fun and the view was so beautiful.
I love the photo of the boys tickling Jeremy, and the one for Dyllan blowing his train whistle. After we bought the whistle for Dyll, Jeremy and I looked at each other and said "why did we buy him a whistle?"
